Plot: Fire Lord Azulon and Lady Illah had a wonderful family life. Their only son, Iroh, was a firebending prodigy and the perfect son at 15 years. Suddenly, Fire Lady Illah had an announcment; she was pregnant with another son.

Ozai was born, an accidental second child. His father and mother ignored him, casting him to a wet nurse when he was just a few days old. Iroh thought of his younger brother as a pest, shooing him off when he wanted his attention and going so far as to shooting fire at him to get him to go away.

The young prince tried everything to get his family's attention, even doing bad things just to see them look at him. He grew up angry at the world for not paying him any attention. His temper was easy to flare and he snaped at everyone around him. Now at the age of 15, he has pushed away any potential friends. Everyone fears the prince's sudden anger and cold shell.

At the South Pole, a teenage Hakoda learns to be a warrior and watches as his waterbending friends disappear after each raid. His close friend, Kya, and Kya's mother Kanna; mourns the loss of her waterbending father.

And while the Fire Nation takes victory after victory in the Earth Kingdom; the world wonders where the Avatar is. When will he save them from this horrid nightmare? Only time would tell.
